Peak Design adhesive adapter for phones from other manufacturers.

Install this adapter with its adhesive pad on the back of any phone case and it becomes compatible with Peak Design Mobile mounts and accessories. Just 2.5 mm thin and wrapped in a beautiful weatherproof nylon shell, the Universal Adapter is slim and clean-looking, and uses 3M VHB adhesive for an exceptionally strong and durable bond. Just like the Peak Design Everyday Case, the Universal Adapter has the brilliant built-in magnetic/mechanical SlimLink™ locking system – you will love how fast and secure it is. With this adapter on any phone case, you can instantly attach your phone to every Peak Design Mobile mount and accessory. It even works with Apple MagSafe accessories.

It can be attached to any case made from smooth, non-textured and non-porous materials such as hard plastic and metal. Not recommended for soft or rubbery surfaces such as silicone or leather. Installation directly on the phone is not recommended. Wireless charging may not be possible or optimal with the adapter installed.

• Designed for one-time installation – safe removal is possible, but reattachment is not
• Attaching to non-recommended locations or materials is possible, but may result in improper adhesion and/or surface damage
• Use with tablets or other devices is not recommended and may damage the device

Removing the adhesive

• In most cases, the VHB adhesive can be removed safely without damaging the surface or leaving residue.
• Hold dental floss between the adhesive pad and the phone/case and pull it in a sawing motion to break the adhesive bond.
• If any adhesive residue remains, roll it off with your finger.
• In most cases, the adhesive layer cannot be reused.
